How to understand the effective range of electrical stunning
Only the area corresponding to the positive and negative electrodes is the effective electrical stunning area, and the chicken is required to be continuously effective electrical stunning in the whole bath tank to ensure good stunning effect
The Angle between the hook and the slider
This Angle is not perpendicular to the ground, and an Angle should be reserved to make the hook and the slider more closely contact after hanging the chicken, improve the electrical conductivity, and ensure the continuous electrical anesthesia effect;Otherwise, it is easy to appear frequent beating, interstitial electrical stunning, and poor consistency。
Requirements for the width of the electric stunning bath tank
The width of the electric bath tank should be related to the chain speed and the size of the chicken. We need to prevent the water level from rising during the operation of the chicken, as this can easily cause the chicken breast and wings to be submerged in water, resulting in a secondary electric stinning circuit and causing needle-like bleeding points on the chicken breast and blood stasis at the tips and roots of the wings。
Distance between the chicken head and the conductive sheet
The conductive sheet is recommended to be welded into an 8-10cm square field grid shape with stainless steel material, and cover the bottom of the bath tank, and weld a conductive strip through the bath tank before and after the position of the chicken head hanging down to ensure the continuity of electrical stunning。
